Types of valves and their application:
The quick exhaust valve allows you to increase the speed of the cylinder piston due to the discharge of exhaust compressed air into the atmosphere directly from the valve, and not through the control valve
The logic valve “And” allows you to have an output pneumatic signal in port 2 only if there are input pneumatic signals in ports 1 and 3.
The “OR” logic valve allows you to have a pneumatic output signal in port 2 if there is a pneumatic input signal in port 1 or 3.
Check valves allow the medium to flow in one direction and prevent it from moving in the opposite direction.
The blocking valve is usually installed directly on the pneumatic cylinder to prevent accidental discharge of air from the cylinder cavity.
Screw-in blocking valves are designed to prevent accidental discharge of air from the cylinder cavity (for example, if the pneumatic tube is damaged) and, as a consequence, spontaneous movement of the cylinder rod
The economizer is designed to save compressed air and is actually a pressure regulator with a check valve
The soft start valve is designed to provide a smooth pressure supply to the pneumatic system when starting up the equipment in order to prevent uncontrolled movement of the pneumatic actuators
